It's secluded but not too far off the beaten path. A 15 minute ride south and you'll be in downtown Morganton or 15 minutes west to Lake James. Portions of the cabin were built from hand hued square logs. The logs have been chinked with concrete sealant and below the logs are hand laid river rock. The roof covering is metal tin.
